ABSTRACT

The objective of this research are: 1) to study the personal opinion toward the administration in Accordance with good governance principles of  Bangkoknoi  District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration,  2) to compare  the personal opinion toward the administration in Accordance with good governance  principles of Bangkoknoi District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the problems, the obstacles and the recommendations to the administration in Accordance with the principles of good governance of  Bangkoknoi District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. This research used  the survey research (Survey Research) with 265 residents  in work at Bangkoknoi District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The research instrument used to collect data was a self-administered questionnaire at the reliability of  0.965. The data were analyzed by using frequency,   percentage, mean, standard deviation, T- test and F-test with one-way analysis of variance (One way ANOVA).

The results show that

1. The majority of respondents were male, 137 of them (51.7 %)  age between 46-49 years old, 62 (23.4 %)  at the education bachelor’ degree ,145 (54.7%)  position official, 143 (54.0 %) experience  in work, 6-10 years, 97(36.6 %)  and with the income, 10,000-15,000 Baht., 87 (32.8%)

2. The level of the personal opinion for the Administration in Accordance with Good Governance in all aspects of  Bangkoknoi District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in the high ( =3.67) overall. The result of each aspect was considered and found that the personal opinion of the rule of law, the moral principles, the transparency, the participation, the responsibility and the main value were in the high.

3. The comparison for the administration in Accordance with the principles of good governance of  Bangkoknoi District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration , classified by personal factors found that the overall  opinion of personal  with  gender has no difference  which  was not  related to the hypothesis, age, education, position, experience and income had differences which were  related to the hypothesis  showed statistically significant  differences at  0.05.

4. The opinion on the problems, the obstacles  and the recommendations concerning the administrative management of the principles of good governance of Bangkoknoi District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration found that there was some problems and obstacles  and  there was some recommendations to the executives to manage their works with 6 aspects of the  good governance for the principles of good  governance implied a high level of organizational effectiveness for the good management of various organizations.
