Abstract

                   The objectives of thesis were; 1) to study the form of Sangha Administration under the theory of administration, 2) to study the method of Sangha Administration of  PhraTepratanamuni (Saipong Anomapañño) 3) to analyze the result of the Sangha Administration of PhraTepratanamuni (Saipong Anomapañño) in Udonthani province.

                   The results of research found that the form of Sangha Administration under the theory of administration had held the Buddha’s teaching and discipline as fundamental. There was development following the age of times. The structure of government sometimes followed the country government by applying both science and art for cooperation to make all activities until achieving the aims of purpose by using the continuous process of operation and appropriate resources. And there were effectiveness of administration in order to get achievement and promotion of technology integrated with Buddhadhamma led the government to head towards prosperity and had the law, the act, the regulations that supported the Buddha’s teaching and discipline.

                   The method of Sangha Administration of PhraTepratanamuni (Saipong Anomapañño) had provided the policy of government by the Buddha’s teaching and discipline, Law of Sangha Superme Council, and the country law and original tradition of Udonthani Sangha ever followed from the past as fundamental concerning with the rule of  Paternal Government and integrating between the rule of father and child, the senior, and the teacher and student in order for the Sangha’s happiness.

                   To analyze the result of the Sangha Administration of PhraTepratanamuni (Saipong Anomapañño) in Udonthani province from documents and interview was to follow six ways of Sangha’s mission as follows; in the way of government, he made all monks and novices under his government have good behavior and be respectable persons, in the way of education, he taught all monks and novices, children and teenagers have knowledge with morality in both secular and religious, in the way of educational affairs,        he gave the scholarship to monks, novices, children and teenagers every year, in the way of Buddhist propagation, he brought and propagated the Buddha’s teaching in many activities such as the occasion of making merit in order to encourage the Buddhists take the dhamma in daily life and also propagated the Buddha’s teaching through other media such as Radio station , in the way of construction and renovation, he gave the convenience for making merit or the important activities about Buddhism to all people in both government and private section in order to get the benefit from the religious place in his temple such as the Buddhist Temple, the Buddha Image Hall, and The Sermon Hall for providing all activities, in the way of public assistance, he set the Vankaset centre (Agro Forestry) at Na Kam Laung village as the meditation centre and visiting place for study to all people. In the way of Agro Forestry, there were many economic agro-products ready to support academic works including the consumable goods to people who got the troubles and poor persons properly.
