Abstract

                        This thesis entitled "To study the influence of believe to amulets of people in  Nonkhun district, Sisaket province” , three objectives created as follows: 1) to study the believe to amulet , 2) to study the influence of believe to Thai society and  3), To study the influence of believe to amulet of people in Nonkhun district, Sisaket province. Using a qualitative study is focused on the study Documentary Research and field research,

Studies found that

                        Thai society is base on the believes until to be the ways of life but sometime was extra for intelligence using, and it was tool for ignorance, reasonless especially believes that the power will be protected but sometimes it was the media for directly and indirectly teaching.

                         Influence of believes in Thai society is a  mystical beliefs  and  complex, extra imagination or thinking , firstly is religious system as Buddhism , believes that Sutra or Phra Parita which was powerful of Buddha, reduced the bad fortunes and  bring the  prosperity  , safe and happiness , but some of   believe was the traditionalism idea ,especially Brahmanism which believe that can self – protect, well trading and to beloved but negative bring result due to misconduct.

                        Influence belief about amulet of people in Non Khun District ,  Sisaket province are  five aspects such as invincible , great mercy of fortune, safety and happiness,  harm to life and  property , people in Non Khun district  believed  to be able to self-defend , good trading, love But some sacred object bring negative result due to and followed the rules . However, all the sacred object behind the principle of Buddhism especially moral teaching.
