Abstract

       The research entitled Study and Compare Administration of Buddhist School by Iddhipada 4 in School under Nonthaburi Primary Education Survice Area Office 1. The samples consisted of 62 administrators and 274  teachers of Buddhist School.  The tools of research were the constructed questionnaires and used for data collection. The collected data were analyzed by Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One–Way ANOVA was used to test the significant differences at 0.05 level.

                      The research findings were as follows:   

1. Administration of Buddhist School by Iddhipada 4 in School under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1,   as a whole, was found to be in the high level. and when considering each aspect of  Buddhist School, it was found that the mean values of all aspects were in high level with the following orders:  A principle vimansa (Rewind and update) A  principle citta (Measurement and evaluation) A principle viriya (Plan in complemented) and A principle chanda (Planning) 

2. The results comparison of Administrators and Teachers of different sexes, educational level, and working position were not significantly different in their opinions towards Administration of Buddhist School by Iddhipada 4 in School under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Survice Area Office 1, at 0.05 level and thus rejecting the proposed hypothesis.

3. The results comparison of Administrators and Teachers of different ages, working experiences, it was found that were significantly different in their  opinions towards  Administration of Buddhist School by Iddhipada 4 in School under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1,  at 0.05 level . Which accepted the proposed hypothesis. Administrators and Teachers aged 45 years more  Opinions about Administration of Buddhist School by Iddhipada 4 A principle chanda (planning) higher than Administrators and Teachers aged 30-45 years and Administrators and Teachers working experiences  25 years more. Opinions higher than Administrators and Teachers working experiences among 10-25 years and 10 years downs in A principle chanda (planning) A principle viriya (plan in complemented)                A principle vimansa (rewind and update) and Total outstanding.
