Abstract

  The objectives of the research on the title “The academic affair administration of administrators accordance with four noble truth secondary school Talingchan district Bangkok are 1. to study the academic affair administration of administrators accordance with four noble truth secondary school, 2. to compare  the opinion level of the academic affair administration of administrators accordance with four noble truth secondary school, 3. to study the problems, Obstacles and the ways of developing the academic affair administration of administrators accordance with four noble truth secondary school, by the survey research method. The sampling group was 162 administrators and teachers. The instrument used for this research was the questionnaire. The statistics used for the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test (One-Way ANOVA), with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.

The result of the research
1) For the administrators’ and teachers’ opinion of the academic affair administration of administrators accordance with four noble truth secondary school, in general, its mean was at the medium level in all aspects; in the aspect of the curriculum, learning and teaching, educational media, activities supporting learning and teaching and measurement and assessment
2) On the result of comparing the administrators’ and teachers’ opinion of the academic affair administration of administrators accordance with four noble truth secondary school,  in all aspects, it was found that the administrators’ and teachers’ opinions were different with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
3) The problem, in the aspect of curriculum, was to lack the good planning, in the aspect of learning and teaching, it was to lack the good teaching plan, in the aspect of educational media, it was to lack the skills of using the modern media, in the aspect of the activities supporting learning and teaching, it was to lack the creative different activities and to lack the clear measurement and assessment.
4) For the guidelines for academic administration, in the aspect of curriculum, the work running plan should be determined clearly and the teaching staff seminar should be held, in the aspect of learning and teaching, the good teaching plan should be made, in the aspect of media, the active seminar of modern media application should be held. The meeting for exchanging the knowledge and experiences of each other and the activities supporting learning and teaching should be held and also following up the measurement and assessment should be done continuously in order to improve learning and teaching.
