The Personnel Administration According to Gharāvāsadhamma IV of Administrator in Secondary schools Mueang District, Angthong Province

Abstract

  The objectives of this research is to study of the Personnel administration according to Gharāvāsadhamma IV of administrator in secondary schools, Mueang District, Angthong province. The population used in this research was the school administrators and teachers and the chosen samples were 135 people. The statistics used of the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and (One – Way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA)

The research findings as follow:
1. The personnel administration according to Gharāvāsadhamma IV of administrator in secondary schools, Mueang district, Angthong province. Overall in the most level have average 3.72.  When consideration each field, found that the building morale enhancing in the efficiency of government services and manpower planning and placement position. The level of teachers and administrators that have to the administration  according to Gharāvāsadhamma IV of administrator in the secondary schools, Mueang district, Angthong province. At the minimum  field is the retired out of the government.
2. The results compare the executive that have to the personnel administration according to Gharāvāsadhamma IV of administrator in the secondary schools, Mueang district, Angthong province, classified by gender, by examination of value (t-test) found that teacher and the executive that have different gender, have the opinion related with the personnel administration according to Gharāvāsadhamma IV of administrator in the secondary schools, Mueang district, Angthong province, in different as the significant at the statistic at level 0.05.
3. The results compare to the executive that have to the  personnel administration according to Gharāvāsadhamma IV of administrator in the secondary schools, Mueang district, Angthong province, all 6 respects classified by age, education level, position, experience and size of the school found that is not different at the significant statistic at level 0.05 then there aren’t as the hypothesis set up.
4. The problems and suggestions for management by the personnel according to Gharāvāsadhamma IV of administrators in the secondary schools,  Mueang district, Angthong province summarized as below:
1) the planning in staffing and placement problems is the rate determining don’t have step in planning for teachers, not improve positioning, no teacher development planning. The suggestion is should be the rate determining have the step in planning for teachers, should  have improved the quality of teacher placement and planning. 
2 ) In fields of the recruitment and appointment problems is the lack of criteria for selection. The suggestion is should have criteria for selection and Nomination Committee is appointed teachers government.
3 ) In fields of enhancing the efficiency of the practice problems is not to allow teachers leave to study.  The suggestion is should be allowed the teacher  to leave for further study .
4) In fields of the discipline and disciplinary problems is not an opportunity for teachers to participate in determining discipline. The suggestion is should provide opportunities for teachers to participate in determining discipline.
5) In fields ofthe retired teacher from government, problem obstacle is sick, incapability Deficiencies in official duties and conduct inappropriate to leave the government. The suggestion is teachers should make the illness incapability failing to conduct a proper government and out of government for the benefit of the public.
6) In the fields of the building morale and willing problems is not beyond the government welfare program. The suggestion is should have welfare than the government should provide. There is a fair remuneration and create the ideal environment for operations properly.
