A Comparative Study of the Solution to Stress in Theravada Buddhism and Roman Catholic

Abstract

  This thesis are 3 objectives   1) to investigate how the stress in Theravada Buddhism 2) To study how to resolve the tension in Christianity,   Catholicism,  and 3) To study how the stress in the Theravada Buddhism with. Catholic Christianity  Findings by Objective 1 was observed in Theravada Buddhism is the solution to stress two ways :1. Resolved stress in the short term. An immediate fix stress This method is for those who indulge in carnal or mundane. Stress is caused by the violation of Canon 5 or in pursuit of a factor of 4 and abuse consumers. Two Resolved stress in the long run. This way, the strain matings. Strained by the need to know that they are stressed is conscious, then prosperity restful meditation to control stress limits. Vipassana meditation and the state of stress. Cause of the stress and strain of it.

Findings by Objective 2 found that in Christianity there is a way to fix stress two approaches : 1. Resolve themselves experiencing stress. Christians believe that he was experiencing some stress is the will of God that he give (lend) to test the weak spiritually strengthened. Should be paid off by the word of God, prayer retreats to train the mind to explore a life of their actions when they are suffering stress. Two. Solve deep-seated stress in the long run .By accepting the Salvation of Jesus Christ. I was totally miserable It is into the realm of God. Prayer is a way to The prayer of the Roman Catholic Christianity The interface between man and God There was even a profound relationship of man to God. A relationship that is unmatched, as the closest living relative. One to one another, one of the heart which is full of love towards each other.
Findings by Objective 3 found that the two religions are two stress levels. And determine how to fix the stress in two ways as well. But differ in terms of mindfulness meditation by Emotional fasteners. By Buddhism taught to control their emotions, experiencing the scoping considered disproved by not adhering tones wrong, then let go. Not dependent on anything outside itself. While Christianity teaches bow spiritual retreats, prayer accepting deliverance from God and Jesus Christ , etc..
