This objectives of this study werw 1) study the implementation of the strategic plan. In Social Development Administration of Thap-Yai Subdistrict Rattanaburi district Surin proviuce Classified by personal factors and 3) to study the problems and suggestions for the implementation of the strategic plan in Social Development Administration of Thap-Yai Subdistrict Rattanaburi district Surin proviuce. this study the research method used mix research methods both qualitative that wred survey reseaveh and quantitative wred questionairs the samples used in the research. the persons who are under the age of 20 years as the population in this study. in Total 320 persons from 6,172 persons by using a sampling. Taro Yamane the tods used for data collection was questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using a computer program for social science research. Statistical analysis of population data were frequency, percentage, statistics-based analysis reviews the implementation of the strategic plan. In Social Development Administration of Thap-Yai Subdistrict Rattanaburi district Surin proviuce were the frequency, percentage, average, the standard deviation to test the hypothesis by describing the personal factors. Test (t-test) to test the differences between the two groups and tests (F-test) with the analysis, ANOVA (One Way ANOVA) to test differences between the three groups above. nd test the difference of mean of the pair with the least significant difference method (Least Significant Difference: LSD).
