Abstract

     This research aims to (1) examine the individual factors of the respondents, (2) To study the administration according to Four Sangahavatthu of Sub-district, administrative organization in Khon Sawan District, Chaiyaphum province, (3) to compare the administration according to Four Sangahavatthu of Sub-district, administrative organization in Khon Sawan District, Chaiyaphum province  by personal factors, and (4) to study the development of the guidelines of administration according to Four Sangahavatthu of sub-district administrative organization in Khon Sawan District, Chaiyaphum province.

This research was conducted by Research Integrated (Mixed Method) by quantitative research. a research survey and qualitative research by using  with the key informants The samples used in the research, included all officials and employees of the district Administrative Office in Khon Sawan, Chaiyaphum province 148 people by a simple random (Sample Random Sampling) and interviewed Permanent Tambon Khon Sawan District, Chaiyaphum province is a major contributor to all 9 of 9 people by using a specific method (Purposive Sampling). The tool used for data collection was a questionnaire and interview form that the researcher created. The query has a reliability confidence equal to 0.9354 by analysis of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. To test for the (t-test) analysis, ANOVA (One way analysis of variance) and test the difference of mean is paired with a different significance least (Least Significant Difference: LSD) and lead. Information obtained from interviews and content analysis, ware analyzed using content analysis (Content Analysis Technique) and is written as an essay accompanying context. 

The results of the study were: -
  (1) The employees sub-district the majority were female, 95 people 64.2 percent age 31 - 40 years, 79 people,  53.4 percent, have a bachelor's educational degree, 84 people 56.8 percent, work experience, 6-10 years, 61 people, 41.3 percent and monthly income 10,001 - 15,000 THB 72 persons 48.6 percent.
(2) The employees sub-district has the administration according to Four Sangahavatthu of Sub-district; administrative organization in Khon Sawan District, Chaiyaphum province was in high level (= 3.64). When considering each aspect it was found that, sub-district staff has the administration according to Four Sangahavatthu in the each aspect : Dana, Piyavaca, Atthacariya, and Samanattata, it was found that these were in high level. (=3.56, 3.69, 3.71, 3.60, respectively).  
(3) For the comparison of the administration according to Four Sangahavatthu of Sub-district, administrative organization in Khon Sawan District, Chaiyaphum province by classifying the personal factors, the employees sub district the gender having, age, education, experience and monthly income differently. The administration according to Four Sangahavatthu of Sub-district, administrative organization in Khon Sawan District, Chaiyaphum province indicated no difference, which rejects the hypothesis.
  (4) The ways for the development of the guidelines administration according to Four Sangahavatthu  of Sub-district, administrative organization in Khon Sawan District, Chaiyaphum province, is the raising awareness generous support in helping each other, be polite, Respectful, have equality, non-discrimination and to create a peaceful society.
