This research studies is entitled “A study the process for mind development in Nakhai school, Tan sum district, Ubon Ratchathani province, its objectives are; 1) to study the process for development in Buddhism, 2) to study the process for wisdom development in Nakhai school, Tan sum district, Ubon Ratchathani province,3) to study the its result to in Nakhai school, Tan sum district, Ubon Ratchathani province. Qualitative and Filed research studies is used.

               This research studies found that  

               Wisdom development in the Buddhism is for realization, enlightenment, reasonable thinking but there is always enemy for obstructed it, so for wisdom development to good approach by tri – fold trainings and virtues for development is for happiness at present to future and liberation from suffering at last. 

               The process for wisdom development in Nakhai school ,Tan Sum district, Ubonratchathani province is categorized to 8 factors are mind and wisdom development, praying to the triple gems, spreading the compassion, meditation, listening , working, playing, standing at national anthem pole, by mindfulness.

          It gives the good result to Nakhai school through activities ‘learning and daily applying for life.
