The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the Management Efficiency of Municipal Officials in Bangkoknoi District, Bangkok. 2) To compare the Management Efficiency of Municipal Officials in Bangkoknoi District, Bangkok accordance with Iddhipada IV or four paths of accomplishment by Classifying as individual factors, and 3) to study the problems and suggestions the Management Efficiency of Municipal Officials in Bangkoknoi District, Bangkok.

This research method was mixed method research bath or quantitative research by using the random of the 399 people in Bangkoknoi District, Bangkok. Data collection was questionaires at reliability scale 0.798. The data collections were questionnaires and data were analyzed by using ready computer programme for social sciences research. The statistical analysis of population data were frequency, percentage and perspective statistical analyzed with the Frequencies, the Means and the Standard Deviation. The describing and testing hypotheses of personal factors were t- test in order to test the differences between two average groups and the F-test by using One Way ANOVA to test the differences between the average of three or more and test the differences of the average pairing with the Least Significant Difference: LSD, and the qualitative research by In-Depth Interview with the key informants and engaging content analysis context.

The Findings of the research were found that 

1. The opinions about Management Efficiency of Municipal Officials in Bangkoknoi District, Bangkok were at a high level in over all (x=3.47, S.D.=0.56) when considered of each aspect of the Aspiration, Energy, Thoughtfulness and Investigation was at the middle level. For Aspiration (x=3.54, S.D.=0.73), Thoughtfulness (x=3.51, S.D.=0.66), Investigation (x=3.43, S.D.=0.71), Energy (x=3.39, S.D.=0.71)

2. The comparison of opinions of the people towards Management Efficiency of Municipal Officials in Bangkoknoi District, Bangkok were classified by Education and income differently, they had the different opinions by statistically significant at the 0.01 level and the people who had the age, career differently, they also had the different opinions by statistically significant at the 0.05 level. So the hypothesis research was accepted. But the people who had the different gender, they had the opinions to Management Efficiency indifferently, so the research hypothesis was rejected.

3. The problems and obstacles of the Management Efficiency of Municipal Officials in Bangkoknoi District, Bangkok were found  that the officials lack of work experiences and worked un-continuously but outstanding  and individual works. There was not enough officials for the jobs, no clearly stages and processes and lacked of work motivation that sometimes it did not have the extra payment and lastly the officials are not satisfied to work. The Officials in Bangkoknoi District, Bangkok found that training service for improving the knowledge should be added. The executives should look after the subordinates or officials regularly and recruit more officials and should be arranged the emergency team or urgent works and assign the tasks clearly. Each process, it should be created the motivation for the officials like overtime payment, bonus for efficient works.
