This research had 3 objectives : 1) to study the participation of people in the implementation of the operation of motherland power Strategy to overcome drugs of samnak khun nen municiparity dongcharoen district, phichit province  2) to study the relationship between personal factors and the implementation of the operation of motherland power Strategy to overcome drugs of samnak khun nen municiparity dongcharoen district, phichit province and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions towards the participation of people in the implementation of the operation of motherland power Strategy to overcome drugs of samnak khun nen municiparity dongcharoen district, phichit province.

This study was carried on through the Mixed Method Research consisting of quantitative, survey and qualitative research. The  sompling group used in this study were people living within  the areas of Samnak Khun nen Municipal District, Dong Charoen District, Phichit Province for the amount of 343 persons from the whole amount  of 2,385 altogether by using Taro Yamane's formula. Data analysis through the statistics used as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-Square test and for qualitative research, the IN-Depth Interview with key informants was selected to use in this study and analyzed the data by using content and context analysis techniques.

The results revealed as the following :

1) The participation of people in the implementation of the operation of motherland power Strategy to overcome drugs of samnak khun nen municiparity dongcharoen district, phichit province, it showed in average at the middle level
(=3.29) When considered into each aspect, it appeared that the Characteristic of the Organization was at the high level (=3.59) while the Characteristic of Environment, the Organization's Performance and Administrative Policy and Performance were found at the middle levels.

2) The personal factors affecting towards the implementation of the operation of motherland power Strategy to overcome drugs of samnak khun nen municiparity dongcharoen district, phichit province, it disclosed that the following factors had no relationship with the implementation of the strength to overcome drug addiction strategy: sexes, ages, marital status, educational levels, careers and incomes per month, so the hypothesis was denied.

3) The problems, obstacles and suggestions towards the participation of people in the implementation of the operation of motherland power Strategy   
 to overcome drugs of samnak khun nen municiparity dongcharoen district, phichit province, it was found that the problems and obstacles were : 1. lack of security system such as Municipal police, local guards in order to take care people within the community, 2. lack of the management on drug addiction tracks coming into the community by gathering the officers to set the checking points or suppression points with other sectors and 3. lack of any cautions dealing with drug addiction's problems not to be allowed to spread into the community schools. For the suggestions, it showed as the following : 1. the security system should be managed well as collaborating with the Municipal police and local guards to set the plans of operation to prevent the spread of drug addiction for the community and take heed at night,
2. those drug addiction tracks should be well managed and prohibited any drug addiction coming into the community by gathering the officers to perform the checking and suppression points with the others and 3.any cautions dealing with drug addiction's problems should be managed carefully to prevent them to spread into the community / schools. Moreover, the Municipal District should arrange and handle the trainings for the people to provide some knowledge and well understanding to watch and ward on the spread of drug addiction seriously and more in figure. And when considering into each aspect, it revealed that security system management to prevent the spread of drug addiction within the community was at the low level, therefore, the suggestions should be as the following: the Municipality or any other related sectors needed to arrange any protections to prevent the spread of drug addiction within their own zones to receive more effectiveness.
