Abstract
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡The¡objectives¡of¡this¡study¡were.¡1)¡to¡study¡the¡opinion¡of¡people¡towards the¡application¡of¡Aparihaniyadhamma¡in¡administration¡of¡Sunpukwan¡sub-district¡municipality,¡Hangdong¡district,¡Chiang¡Mai¡province,¡2)¡to¡compare¡the¡opinion¡of¡people towards¡the¡application¡of¡Aparihaniyadhamma¡in¡administration¡of¡Sunpukwan sub-district¡municipality,¡Hangdong¡district,¡Chiang¡Mai¡province,¡3)¡to¡find¡out¡the¡guidelines¡of¡solving¡problem¡of¡people¡towards¡the¡application of Aparihaniyadhamma¡in¡administration¡of¡Sunpukwan¡sub-district¡municipality,¡Hangdong¡district,¡Chiang¡Mai¡province,¡and¡4)¡to¡apply of Aparihaniyadhamma¡in¡administration¡of¡Sunpukwan¡sub-district¡municipality,¡Hangdong¡district,¡Chiang¡Mai¡province.¡The¡research¡used¡mixed¡methods¡research¡both¡quantitative¡research¡and¡survey¡research.¡The¡data¡of¡quantitative¡research¡ware¡collected¡by¡using¡in–depth¡interview¡and¡the¡key¡of¡informants.The¡populations¡and¡samples¡were¡7¡villages¡and¡18¡year¡old¡upward,¡selected¡from¡people¡who¡live¡in¡Sunpukwan¡sub-district¡municipality,¡Hangdong¡district,¡Chiang¡Mai¡province.The¡methodology¡used¡R.V.Krejcie¡&¡Morgan¡formula¡for¡the¡sampling¡ population¡(Krejcie¡and¡Morgan,¡1970)¡with¡reliability¡equal¡to¡95%¡and¡error¡equal¡to¡5%¡of¡12,785¡people.¡A¡sample¡was¡selected¡from¡375¡persons¡and¡the¡analysis¡of¡data¡have¡been¡done¡by¡frequency,¡percentage,¡mean¡and¡standard¡deviation,¡in¡the¡case¡of¡two¡groups¡of¡independent¡variable¡and¡F-test¡by¡one¡way¡analysis¡for¡variance¡(One-way¡ANOVA),¡were¡analyzed¡using¡content¡analysis¡(Content Analysis Technique)¡with mixed methods research.
The findings of this research as follows¡:
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡1)¡The¡opinion¡of¡people¡towards¡the¡application of Aparihaniyadhamma¡ in¡administration¡of¡Sunpukwan¡sub-district¡municipality,¡Hangdong¡district,¡Chiang¡Mai¡province.¡was¡overall¡at¡the¡high¡level¡(X̅=3.85),¡When¡considering¡in¡each¡aspect¡as¡follows¡:¡the¡respecting¡for¡women’s¡right¡and¡children¡was¡(X̅=4.35,¡followed¡by¡the¡historic¡conservation¡and¡cultural¡traditions¡was¡(X̅=4.11,¡the¡regular¡meeting¡was¡(X̅=378,¡the¡respecting¡adult¡or¡commander¡was¡(X̅=3.70),¡the¡open¡meeting¡or¡the¡close¡meeting¡all¡together¡and¡the promotion,¡protection¡to¡Buddhism¡as¡the¡same¡mean¡was¡(X̅=3.68)¡and¡not¡make provision¡or¡not¡cancel¡the¡indulgent¡of¡law¡code¡was¡(X̅=3.66)
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡2)¡The¡comparison¡result¡of¡people¡opinion¡classified¡by¡personal¡factors, it¡was¡found¡that¡gender¡and¡income¡there¡was¡the¡opinion¡towards¡the¡application of¡Aparihaniyadhamma¡in¡administration¡of¡Sunpukwan¡sub-district municipality¡was¡not¡different¡and¡then¡rejected¡the¡hypothesis.¡The¡people¡who¡have age,¡education¡ and¡occupation¡were¡significant¡differences¡at¡0.05¡levels.¡Then,¡accepted the¡hypothesis.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡3)¡The¡application¡guidelines¡of¡to¡Aparihaniyadhamma¡in¡administration¡of¡municipality¡found¡that¡the¡opportunities¡all¡sectors¡in¡community¡into¡¡work¡participation¡systematically.¡It¡can¡perform¡to¡be¡the¡concrete¡object¡of objectives.¡There¡were¡planning,¡organizing¡resource¡management,¡command, coordination,¡ checking¡and¡evaluation¡by¡considering¡common¡interest¡and¡people¡for sustainable¡peace.
