Abstract

Abstract

           The purposes of this research, The Analysis the Aparihaniyadhamma  to Enhance the Peaceful Organization in C.T. Land Company Limited : (1) To study the enhancement of the peace organization in C.T. Land Co., Ltd., (2) To study the principles of Aparihaniyadhamma (condition of welfare) with the enhancement of the peaceful organization and (3) To Analysis the principles of Aparihaniyadhamma to  Enhance the peace organization in C.T. Land Co., Ltd.

           Research results revealed that the principles of the reinforcement of the peace organization were the principles of the development and training or the internal administration management of organization or sector in order to increasing successes of the company; therefore, the organization need meeting for planning policy, order, management, support, check /audit etc. These mentioned developments were the responsibilities of executive of organization.  C.T. Land Co., Ltd., were managed under family or cousins confederation business system, held the principles of administration/management such as transparency, responsibility/duty, reason and justice of rule or regulation. Moreover, the company pulled out the potential and ability of each person to do with full efficiency in order to develop or reinforce organization to be peace sustainably.

           In Buddhism, researcher found that to reinforce organization to be peace and sustainable that would apply the Religious Precept (Dhamm) as guideline or regulation.  Such as the principle of Aparihaniyadhamma (Condition of Welfare) :  to keep on to have a meeting,  to meet all together, no abusing female, to worship pagoda, to protect Buddhist saint. This religious precept is to reinforce and develop organization to be peace.

        The findings were that when the principles of Aparihaniyadhamma (Condition of Welfare) were applied in C.T. Land Co.,Ltd., it is found that these principles helped the executive to quickly acknowledge, follow up  and top off all information and problems. Can be said that the company applied them by emphasizing meeting to take all responsibilities together, lead to acknowledge all problems together and help to solve all problems together with transparency and rationality. In addition, all have done duties and responsibilities as agreement or assignment obviously and clearly. Besides, the company emphasized merit, supported the merit activities. Moreover, it has done family or cousins confederation business management which said that to respect each other, to have patience, tolerance, forgiveness each other, and carefulness, to give priority to customers’ requirement and satisfaction.  It is interesting that the Religious Precept (Dhamm) of Buddhism based on Aparihaniyadhamma (Condition of Welfare) is mainly no decline to reinforce and develop the company to be the peaceful organization efficaciously.
