ABSTRACT

This research had the following objectives: 1) to study the academic administration according to the Noble Eightfold Path of Opportunity Expansion School in Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to compare academic administration according to the Noble Eightfold Path of Opportunity Expansion School in Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by personal factors, 3) to present the guidelines of the academic administration according to the Noble Eightfold Path of Opportunity Expansion School in Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples group consists of 36 educational institution administrators and 235 teachers, totally 271 people. The method of the research employed survey research by following qualitative data and quantitative data. The research tools were questionnaire and Interview Structured Form. The data were presented in the form of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and     t-test. The suggestions have been analyzed and synthesized.

The findings of this research were as follows: The position of the respondent was teachers for the number of 235 person equal of 86.72 %. The working

experience higher 10 years for the number of 168 persons equal to 68.63 %. The educational background was bachelor degree for number 174 equal of 64.94 %. When comparing the opinions according to independent variables; it was found that position and education had been affected to academic administration. Therefore the first, the second and the third hypotheses were rejected. The applications of the Noble Eightfold Path for academic administration were important and necessary.
