The objectives of research of “Green Digital Society: Factors, Model and Network Reinforcement in Northern Provinces” are 1.) To study factors of Green Digital Society of the community of Northern Provinces. 2.) To study network reinforcement process and 3.) To build up Green Digital Society’s Model.  The research used Qualitative research methodology.  Data collection is in depth interview from Key informant and relevant persons in the community in total of 37 from 4 provinces with nonparticipation observation.  Data analysis is also proceeded.

              The research results are found that

              1. Factors of Green Digital Society are consisted of a.) Learning which are both online and offline learning in various forms, such as knowledge from local wisdom and from central government unit etc. b.) Innovation is the creative activities that community invented for environment friendly purposes. c.) Sustainability Development is the activities to utilize all the natural resources and minimize cost to maintain environment, to reserve for the next generation.  d.) Transformation is the result of the other three factors above effected the community to maintain their culture and good local wisdom together with creates fair economy by using digital.  

              2. Network reinforcement in Green Digital Society: the research found that there must be network reinforcement process which are 1.) Network initiation of the communities who have the same missions. 2.) Network management which will organize the network to accomplish the mission. 3.) Develop network relationship for coming missions and 4.) Maintain network continuity to do other activities.  Moreover, the research found that there has transformed from the old communication method to digital network platform such as LINE application.

              3. Green digital society model. The research found that the model must combine the factors and network reinforcement to become a Green digital society.  Network reinforcement play as a role as the process to drive all the factors to accomplish Green Digital Society.
