This thesis aims to study the Buddhist management system and mechanism and to investigate the buddhist management activities along with the application of buddhist management analysis of Wangdin Municipality, Li District, Lamphun province.
The study indicates that the system and mechanism of administration and development of Wangdin Subdistrict Municipality are the main mission of the local administrative organization. Under the new bureaucratic reform, there has been a change in government administration. Thus, at present, the new development plan which has been improved from the original results is in the buddhist activities of Wangdin Subdistrict Municipality. In other words, the developmental strategy emphasized religion, arts, culture and local wisdom was encouraged to boost the staffs potential and promoted the awareness of ethics and morality in the workplace. Additionally, the conservation of arts, culture, traditions, local wisdom and important buddhist holidays was reinforced. The preservation and restoration of buddhist archaeological sites and finds were also enhanced. The finding has shown that the employment of buddhist principles in administrational management of Wangdin Subdistrict Municipality was low.
Therefore, suggestions for executives and employees to manage the business with consideration and application of good governance of all 6 aspects were proposed, due to its suitability and efficiency for applying in Wangdin Subdistrict Municipality.
