This thesis is of 3 objectives: 1) to study the context of creating co-operation of Kubon temple community,2) to study the idea and practical way of creating co-operation in a communityaccording to Buddhist peaceful means, and 3) to propose theway to create co-operation of Kubon Temple community by Buddhist peaceful means.It is a field-work qualitative research by the tools of a documentary study, and an in-depth interview given by a group of 8 key informants,together witha participatory observation. From the research, it is found the followings:

             1. Kubon temple is one of the temples located in civilized area of Bangkok. It can be considered of readiness in the overall view but in the sense of upgrading as the example of a developed temple, it still needs time and co-operation for the continuous development.

                         2. The idea and practical way to create the co-operation by Buddhist peaceful means, for the unity in truly and sustainably co-operating and making a community developed, is to apply “Sãrãṇĩyadhamma” for creating co-operation in Kubon Temple community.                  

                            3. The way to create co-operation in Kubon temple community comprises: 1)the adjustment of a mutual attitude of cherishing the temple as the community’s property, 2) the participatory designation of the rules that the community must co-operate to follow as the practical way, 3) the mindful adaptation to one another with loving-kindness, 4) the development of the expression towards one another with loving-kindness, 5) the creation  communication culture in the community with loving-kindness, and 6) the arrangement with justice in the perspective of common interest.
