The conflicts between rescue associations are divided into 5 types of the causes: Data Conflict, Interest Conflict, Relationship Conflict, Structural Conflict and Value Conflict;but in Buddhist perspective, the causes of a conflict originate from Taṇhā, Māna and Diṭṭhi. The way to solve the conflict according to the present practicing academic principles is truly sacrifice and voluntarily mind.  which is in line of Sārānīyadhamma of Mettā-Kāyakamma, Mettā-Vacīkamma, Mettā-Manokamma, Sādhāranabhogī, Sīlasāmaññata, and Diṭṭhisāmañ-ñata.

From the result of the application of Sārānīyadhamma for conflict management between rescue associations, it is found that the rescue associations and accessory agree that it is necessary for every sector to cooperate sharing the practical way of not hurting one another, having an expression manner of respecting one another, working with the manner of being friendly that each should talk to one another with softness and politeness, help people with a heartfelt sacrifice which is the most important thing, having mutual rules and regulations in working, and share the justice benefits with every party, including patients by rendering benefits to them as the core consideration.
