ABSTRACT

                        The study entitled ‘A Study of the Administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok’ is a survey research aiming to study the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok; to compare the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok; and to study the problems, hindrances and suggestions to the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok. The sample of the study consists of 353 administrators, teachers and students of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok using a Stratified Random Sampling method based on the ready-made table of sample-size calculation of Krejecie & Morgan. Statistics used for the data analysis includes Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance: F-test based on the ready-made computer programme.

                   The results of the study are as follows:   

1.             From the result  of the data analysis of the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma

Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok to find out  and S.D. values it was found to be generally high, while individually considering it was found to be high in all four aspects from the most to the least i.e., budget administration, academic administration, environmental administration and personnel administration respectively.

2.             From the result of the comparative analysis of the administration of

Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok  classified according to age, years of ordination, general education, Dhamma education, Pali education, administrative experience and administrative position  through the One-Way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA it cound have been concluded as follows:

                            2.1 The administrators, teachers and students of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok with different age had no different opinion upon the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools. 

                            2.2 The administrators, teachers and students of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok with different years of ordination had no different opinion upon the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools.    

                            2.3  The administrators, teachers and students of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok with the different general education had no different opinion upon the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools.               

                            2.4  The administrators, teachers and students of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok with the different Dhamma education  had no different opinion upon the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools.           

                            2.5  The administrators, teachers and students of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok with the different Pali education had no different opinion upon the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools.      

                            2.6  The administrators, teachers and students of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok with the different administrative experience had no different opinion upon the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools.

                            2.7   The administrators, teachers and students of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools in Bangkok Noi District of Bangkok with the different administrative position had no different opinion upon the administration of Phrapariyatidhamma Schools.
